Privacy Policy

This policy explains the privacy practices of SuperBoard, the Apple Watch soundboard app offered by Kayden Kontent ("we," "us," or "our"). It covers the app and privacy-related messages you choose to send us.

Information collected by the app

SuperBoard does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information to us. It does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, health information, advertising identifiers, or sound-playback history.

The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share personal information obtained through the app because the app does not collect it.

Sound playback and device access

Sounds are included with the app and played locally on your Apple Watch. Playback does not require an internet connection or an iPhone companion app. SuperBoard does not access your microphone or record audio. It does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, or health data.

The app temporarily keeps its screen state and audio players in memory while running. It does not create an account, save a personal profile, or maintain a persistent playback history.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you include. We use that information to respond to your question, provide support, or address your privacy request. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Our email service provider processes these messages to deliver and store email. We do not use support messages for advertising or tracking. We may disclose correspondence if required by law.

Retention and deletion

Because SuperBoard does not send us personal information or store a personal profile, there is no app account or server-side app history to delete. You can remove the app and its installed files by uninstalling it from your Apple Watch.

We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of correspondence by emailing contact@kaydenkontent.com. We will delete it unless retention is required by law.

Apple services and this website

Apple operates the App Store and watchOS and may process information for downloads, purchases, diagnostics, and other platform services under its own policies and your device settings. See Apple's Privacy Policy. SuperBoard does not include its own analytics or crash-reporting service.

The app's no-data-collection statements apply to the app itself. Visiting a website to read this policy is separate from using SuperBoard; your browser and the website's hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver the page. This policy page includes no analytics scripts, third-party fonts, or cookies of its own.

Children's privacy

The same no-data-collection practices apply to everyone using SuperBoard, including children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion of personal information a child may have included in a support message.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or our privacy practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date above. If a future feature changes how personal information is handled, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required before that processing begins.
